Just thought I'd start this as a way for us to let people know whats going on at in life away from Gambling if you like.

I quit smoking on April 1st which is something I never thought I'd do only cracked once when I was a bit boozed and went and had a great big Cigar but absolutley fag free for a month coming off 30 grawlers a day cold turkey so I've been an absolute pleasure to be in the company of

I've also lost a bit of weight I'm down from 18 stone to around 15 stone that sounds pretty good but to be fair I've still got about 3 stone to lose to get to decent weight for my midget like status

Managed to get my stepdaugther into some riding lessons shes going every day through the school holidays and Saturdays when shes at collar.This is something I've felt a bit proud about to be fair as I've always thought Riding lesson were for rich kids not for labourers daughters Shes absolutley loving it although she did have her 1st fall the other week and got trod on which not only left me having kittens but has made her a bit nervous about trotting but shes getting there

Still in the same crap Job and managed to survive the recession. Just 3 more redunacy's and I'd have been toast which still to this day I don't know wether it would have been a good thing or a bad thing as the moneys decent but it might have given me a kick up the arse to find a Job I enjoy a bit more for less wonga.Still having seen a over 150 of me work mates go not a lot of them have done too well so maybe its 'better the devil you know than the devil you don't'. Still things are picking back up now they have took about 60 back on so it looks like I'm stuck there for eternity

My luck and gambling prowess are still absolute dog shit with little chance of recovery but I carry on regardless .

The future Mrs sword is happy well and in good health at the mo so thas the main thing

My good lady is due our 1st child any time soon. She was due last Monday so I have been off the drink for a month. You would think I would be better for it but I'm not!

Lost job in July and managed to pick up something straight away which was rubbish. Moved to Mahle in Kilmarnock as a Production Engineer in November and have been lucky enough to be kept on in the struggling times. Really busy the now and hopefully things will stay that way. Trust me its def. better the devil you know broads. Its still a temp. contract but the order book is healthy and I'm quite happy as its only 15 mins from my house.

A few more winners recently than normal which has put in better stead than 6pm on Friday of Cheltenham!

Rangers won the league which is always good news even it they have no cash which is even funnier considering the other half of Glasgow has plenty and won zip. The wife is a Killie fan so hopefully they can stay up.
