Good to be back mate. My PC died a couple of months ago, then we had a really shitty run of family illnesses with my Dad and my Wife's Aunt being in hospital quite serious, then my Wife lost her Brother who was only 25 - so all in all it was a pretty horrendous 6 weeks or so.

Just treated myself to a new PC for Christmas and we're looking ahead to a happier 2010

Awful luck Norton, but these things always seem to go in clusters - hope it's all done with now!

Anyways, I hope you all had a great time - I was even more of an old Scrooge than usual and cancelled the whole thing: not a single mince pie, nor a mouthful of turkey, stuffing nor Xmas pud has passed my lips!! And I neither saw nor spoke to any member of my disfunctional family

I'm too old to bother tbh

I've really enjoyed the racing though! - and I'm looking forward to the 'private' party at the pub on NY Eve - invitation only, about 80 going

It's down and then up a couple of very steep hills though, via mostly single file lanes, so I hope I can get there!! (only a 1.5 miles or so.... but dodgy if it's icy, and I ain't walking in my high heels

Then it's my birthday within the fortnight, when everyone else is partied out
